You simply select a folder to share and optionally give it a password. The folder is instantly accessible from other computers on your home network, or even the internet. Best of all, when you add a document, image, or music file to a shared folder, it is instantly available to others. No publishing, uploading, thumbnailing or emailing is required!! And it's compatible with Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Mozilla Firebird, Opera, and other browsers

Sharing Web Pages

FileAround can display display web pages. You won't need to pay a monthly hosting fee for yourpersonal web site, you can run it from your home computer.

Adding Titles

Quickly find the photos or documents you want by description or date. FileAround's Document indexing allows you to add searchable titles and descriptions to your shared files and photos. And FileAround's Blanket Index allows you to apply a description to an entire group of files or folders.

Smart Imaging

FileAround uses smart imaging technology to display your files. That means folders containing mostly images will display as thumbnails, and folders containing mostly files will display as file lists. And smart imaging means less work for you. FileAround will automatically scan your shared folders and thumbnail your images, so pictures load fast.

Document Indexing
